Cathy’s career has revolved around training, development and coaching in a variety of settings. Starting out in the fashion industry, she moved through roles in finance and publishing, eventually landing in the nonprofit world for 15 years, where she created, delivered and managed programs for career development. This varied background inspired her to create her own company, People Focus Training, to help others in their career journeys. She now assists people who are at a stuck point in their careers to get back on track with clear goals and the confidence to move ahead to where they want to be. Cathy is certified as an Executive Coach and a Career Coach through the Center for Executive Coaching.
