Sarah Drijfhout is an Executive Coach and runs Progeny Leadership, a professional services consultancy. She specializes in high performance, sales, leadership and STEM.
She’s worked in the corporate world for 25+ years and has had roles in sales, international business development and senior sales management. She was the top sales performer in every one of her sales roles, including eResearch Technology in Europe while it ranked 2nd and 5th in the Fortune Small Business 100, and the top performer at Ethicon Endo-Surgery in the UK, while ranked the most profitable company within Johnson & Johnson, Fortune 50. She has experience in recruitment, management consulting, managing sales teams and leading national and international projects.

Sarah is the author of Gender Dimensions in Leadership and runs two ICF coach accredited programs on Diversity, Inclusion and Equality. She sits on an international advisory board for a non-profit working in health inequity in the US, and lives in The Netherlands.
