Lucille Arslanian started her HR consulting and Executive Business Coaching practice in 2016. She supports her client organizations’ HR initiatives and works with leaders as an Executive, Business, and Career Coach, especially on executive presence and creating a sustainable culture. Previously, she worked with Gap International to develop and grow the company and its associates through the establishment of the human resources organization. She was responsible for enriching the corporate culture and executing the company’s global human resources strategies, including talent management and organizational development.
